Soccer Goal; 05-01-10; 4:30pm; Rexburg, Idaho; f 3.5; 1/1250; Sony DSLR-A100
Swimming Pool Lane Lines; 05-01-10; 5:11pm; Rexburg, Idaho; f 4; 1/5; Sony DSLR-A100
All of these photos were taken on the BYU-Idaho Campus. I chose the color blue because it is one of my favorite colors. I adjusted the color levels in Adobe Photoshop in each photo. I love the sky in the Stadium photo. The weather was really bad, but the sky was a beautiful gray, blue color. I cropped a little bit out of the soccer goal and the stadium, so it would look more appealing. For the first two photos, I used a deep depth of field, and for the last two photos, I used a shallow depth of field.

I love all of your blue shots! My favorite would have to be the soccer net. It just looks way sweet with the front part in focus and the rest blurred. Very nice! The field is also very good with the dark clouds in the background! Definitely adds to the photo. The chairs are also very neat. The way it was exposed is really awesome! Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great stadium photograph. I think that I like it so much because of all the blue things in it. It isn't just one thing but a few different subjects. So Cool, and great job on the exposure!
ReplyDeleteI really liked how almost every photo was completely blue. The photo on the track with the sky was great because of that fact. That is such a great shot of the clouds and how colorful the sky can really be. I also liked how you really did use campus but had different perspectives then just normal photos of what is going on here.
ReplyDeleteI think one of my favorites is the Soccer Goal. It looked really cool how you focused it. The background blur is perfect. I also really like the angle. But really I liked all of them!! :) You did a nice job capturing blue.
