Julie Replaced Color
I used the replace color under adjustments to change her blue shirt to a purple pink. I increased the fuzziness and adjusted the levels slightly.
Kendra & Doug Engagement; 05-17-10; 7:33pm; Provo Canyon; f 5; 10/1000; Nikon D50
Enhancements: I used the clone stamp to remove wrinkles and blemishes. I selected Doug's teeth with the quick selection, used the color yellow, and adjusted the saturation. I adjusted the lightness up a little. There was a blur on the rocks in the first place, but I wanted more, so I added a slight blur. I also added a vignette using the lens correction filter.

I used the photo above Match Color, to use that color light. The original was really bright, so it darkend the image to where I wanted it. I changed the saturation, and the levels a little.
The engagement shot retouched looks really good. One time I whitened teeth on a picture and it ended up looking like too much but your picture looks perfect. Your other edits look really good too! Good job!
ReplyDeleteGreat shots! you really have an eye for portrait photography. Your replace color was very subtle I hardly noticed but I think it looks great. I like your angle on Kati's 1st picture. Good work.
ReplyDeleteThe color replacement was really well done, i was looking back and forth trying to figure out which one was the original. Your other portraits are good too, I wonder what the provo canyon one would look like if you brought them more into the frame.
