High Dynamic Range

Mine House; 5-21-10; 3:31pm; Bannack Ghost Town; f 10; 1/640; Sony DSLR-A100

HDR

Bannack Tombstone; 5-21-10; 6:32pm; f 11; 1/125; Sony DSLR-A100

Using Dynamic Photo, I used three photos to create the first HDR effect, and one photo (tombstone) for the second HDR effect. I used a tripod for the first HDR effect, but the tripod didn't have the foot, so it was more complicated then it should have been. For the Tombstone photo, the picture was taken hand held.

  1. The HDR Bannack Tombstone is so creepy. I love it! The contrast of the clouds looks great. The branches and tombstone are contrasted so much more in the HDR. I really like this photo.

  2. The HDR of the tombstone makes it look like it a straight from a horror film! The clouds look really nice in the first picture as well!

  3. I love your HDR pics. You did a great job with the sky in both pictures and it really sets the mood for the tombstone and bannack. Great job!
